MoneyGuide Refer a Friend Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The promotion is open to MoneyGuide clients aged 18 years or over.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs continuously until further notice. MoneyGuide reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the promotion at any time without prior notice.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit a referral through the MoneyGuide referral page.

You will receive one (1) entry into the next prize draw for each referred person who:

  • is new to MoneyGuide

  • completes a free KiwiSaver review with a MoneyGuide adviser

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals you may make. Each eligible referral earns one additional entry.

By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred person's permission to share their contact details with MoneyGuide for the purpose of arranging a free KiwiSaver review.

4. Prize Draw

The promotion runs year-round, with prize draws held every three months.

At each draw, five (5) winners will be randomly selected. MoneyGuide's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted after three reasonable attempts, or does not claim their prize within two months, MoneyGuide reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Proof of identity may be required before a prize is awarded.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) NZ$500 grocery voucher.

Winners may choose their preferred voucher from one of the following participating retailers:

  • New World

  • PAK'nSAVE

  • Woolworths

MoneyGuide reserves the right to substitute the prize with another grocery voucher of equal or greater value if a selected voucher is unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Privacy

By participating in this promotion, entrants:

  • consent to MoneyGuide collecting and using their personal information to administer the promotion;

  • acknowledge that their personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020;

  • may request access to or correction of their personal information at any time.

7. General

MoneyGuide reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits false, misleading, or fraudulent information or otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

MoneyGuide reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary.
